During Covid-19 - We are following the guidelines of Hillsborough County, which are registered with Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation and approved by the Governor.
A concern for travelers is medical access and we have several options within 3 miles of the home. St Joseph Hospital is under 3 miles away. ER 24/7 Facility is under 1/2 mile away.
Grocery, restaurants, department store, fast food restaurants and coffee shops are just minutes away.
Private pool home with fenced backyard located in a Public Golf Community, book your tee time and bring your clubs. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has discounts online in the Facebook page.

2/2/2 Home with Pool !! Spacious Bedrooms with King beds in each! 2 full baths, one with a walk-in shower in the master bedroom (renovated in 2016). The 2nd bath has a bath tub for the much need younger travelers,
The home sleeps 6 Comfortably as we have additional sleeping in the family room with a twin daybed with pullout trundle underneath.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets where you will find plenty of towels and spare linens, As well as hair dryers, iron, shampoo, conditioner, anything you might need I try to think of it. You will also find a Cosco Pack-n-play, folding highchair and a stroller for the little one's,
Bring your swimsuit and you'll be all set to enjoy this home. Lovely double front entry doors, front screened large porch, open family & dining room with a wall of windows overlooking the pool.
Extra large covered patio with plenty of seating for you and your guests.
Eat-in Kitchen with French doors leading to the pool area.
Master Bedroom has sliding doors leading to the covered lanai as well.
We renovated the Master Bathroom and updated the Guest Bathroom. Added 6 new windows 4 in the kitchen nook area and replaced the bathroom windows.
Wood flooring in the family/dining rooms, tile in kitchen and baths, carpet in bedrooms being replaced with tile in late August '19 (carpet was new in Jan 2016).
Home is located in a golf community in Riverview FL (zip code 33579). The home is on a corner homesite. We are about 2 miles from Grocery(3), multiple restaurants, coffee shops, banks(4), gas(3) and department stores(2) plus many additional amenities and fun things to do.
The lanai is extremely spacious and all doors lead you to this relaxing space.
A few things to note…
We ask that you be very considerate of our neighbors as I’ve been fortunate to have had almost all the same immediate neighbors since 2002.
You are responsible to maintain the water level of the pool by adding water or notifying me that water needs to be added. I do let you know the minimum water line.
Trash cans - you also will need to roll the trash can approximately 25’ to the curb during your stay every 3-4 days.
My home is not perfect by any means. We try our best to make sure it is clean and the pictures are up to date.
Cleaning - I know as a traveler and as a host that this is the most important thing when it comes to be able to relax and enjoy yourself.
If the cleaners missed something they will come back to make it right. As of April 2022, they’ve never needed to come back but I know we will eventually have a first time.
Pictures - Sometimes furniture is changed out due to accidental damage, or just a new piece is purchased. We try to update right away, usually if something is changed it’s to improve the item. Bedding, this most likely will be different as we rotate between 3-4 different bedding sets per bed. If you liked something in a picture, let me know and I’ll have the cleaners be sure to put that set on the bed.
Pool Deck, patio and front enclosure - as this are all exterior spaces, sometimes you will find leaves, dust and a small critter or two around these areas. Leaves find a way into the pool even with the screen enclosure to keep them at bay.
Most if not all guests that I’ve been fortunate enough to host appreciate all the little extras that I don’t talk about in my listing but provide so that you will truly have a wonderful holiday.
